The art is the gorgeous work of Aboriginal artist, Holly Sanders, a proud Bundjalung woman and teacher from the North Coast of NSW. Through her art, she shares her stories, culture and Country in a contemporary way.
This work represents the detailed sand environment on Saltwater Country. Sand environments around the ocean and estuaries provide an abundance of wild food where there are always plenty of resources to share. Middens were also common and unfortunately sand mining and development has destroyed many valuable cultural midden sites. For saltwater people, all aspects of social, cultural, and economic life are intimately connected to the health of coastal lands.

Cotton/Elastane
Machine wash cool on a gentle/delicate cycle using a phosphate free detergent. Line dry is best, tumble dry not recommended. If required, iron on the back of the printed fabric using the associated fabric type setting. Some of our fabrics have been printed using water based eco friendly inks, and as such, some fading can be expected. Please adhere to the care instructions to ensure your prints stay vibrant for as long as possible.
